Our rates are billed for daily per shift.

Please note that our rates are inclusive of Vat @15% and staff transport from Johannesburg Central to major taxi ranks.  Additional taxi trips will be billed over and above.

Within our labour category, Sundays and public holidays worked are subject to loadings of 50% and 100% respectively as per the Labour Relations Act (LRA).

Our fees are not covered by medical aid for reimbursement.  This is due to the fact that our services comprise primarily of support with “acts of daily living” (eating, dressing, mobility, toileting etc), and which in the eyes of medical aids, is a function of Frailcare for which there is no cover as it falls within “general exclusions”.   The appointing person, be it the patient or family member are therefore responsible for full settlement of all invoices billed monthly in arrears.

All cases will be subject to a two week advance payment deposit which payable before services can commence and is refundable in the event that the full two weeks are not worked.
